Thermoplastic materials
According to what we have seen so far in the classification of plastics into three different groups, now it's time to deepen and explain what they are thermoplastic materials.
Let us see then we can state on them and a technique especially called Thermoforming and that is so important in courses and processes of injection molding that can be seen both on this web site to learn online about the craft and the material and in almost any other site that addresses these issues on the web .
Third Group: Thermoplastic Materials.
They are most abundant in production and market. These plastics can be molded easily. Usually closed to apply the technique Injection & Blow molds are used.
Also open parts can be molded on a single die and face. For this technique is used Thermoforming. We should mention that the main feature is that the material softens upon the application of heat.
Today almost any plastic object that we encounter is made with a thermoplastic added.
For example, we have the polyethylene used in covers, packaging, among others, high impact objects as toys, packages and more.
Polypropylene, used in items such as auto parts, jacks and so on.
